Project Case Study
Terry Volant, the founder of Give and Take Care, is a dedicated wellness coach specializing in helping women reclaim control of their health through a variety of transformative healing modalities. When launching her coaching business, Terry sought expert support to establish a strong marketing foundation. She needed assistance creating an engaging online presence, developing strategic content to grow her email list and Facebook group, and generating passive income streams. Additionally, she wanted a clear plan to guide potential clients toward booking free consultations for her personalized 1:1 coaching program.
Funnel Design
Our first priority was to design effective funnels to help Terry generate leads, build passive income, and begin marketing her Rest & Resilience coaching program. We developed two strategic freebie funnels, each designed to seamlessly guide users toward purchasing low-ticket items directly related to the freebies. These items not only provide value but also serve as a stepping stone to her larger program. Every element was crafted using proven high-conversion techniques, while incorporating her existing branding to maintain continuity and create a cohesive experience that drives new leads and encourages opt-ins.

Funnel Design
I helped the team create two funnels that had multiple offers that feeds directly to their high ticket signature offer. Each funnel starts with a free resource, with low ticket upsell, and has email marketing that leads those new paying client to become members of the high ticket programs. Within the first week of launching the funnels started converting!

To complete her marketing presence, we leveraged Terry’s branding to design a suite of templates and graphics, ensuring her online content remained cohesive and visually aligned across all platforms.
