Next, I will use everything we learned in the strategy phase to design a visual brand identity that will stand out in the crowd ending in the delivery of your logo bundle, color palette, fonts, design accents & more!
Marketing Design
I then utilize your new branding to take some of the content creation off your to-do list by designing the marketing materials you need to reach and engage your audience so your new brand can get out into the world ASAP!

I’ve got you covered!
The best part of my custom branding strategy & design services is that they are mainly done for you! During the process, you are responsible for filling out a few questionnaires, attending Zoom design meetings, and making selections via email or your project portal. You get to sit back and relax while I create the branding of your dreams for you. You will receive personalized loom videos between design meetings so you can understand my thoughts during the design process and be empowered to make the best choices for your business every step of the way.
On top of all that personalized help, I also provide my branding clients access to my on-demand courses, Understand Your Brand & Creating in Canva, so you can learn even more about growing your personal brand and creating content for your business.

Formal Proposal
After our consult, I will provide you with a project proposal where you can select the best option for your business & send over a contract to formalize in the details of working together.
Lock in Start Date
Next you will pay your deposit so that we can officially get your branding process on the books and lock in the next available date. There is often a 30+ day waitlist.
Project Planner
Then your client portal is set up for you to access all of the documents we will share between us throughout the process, and you can start working on your comprehensive project planner!

Here’s the most common FAQ’s
Difference between branding & graphic design?
Branding design is for the overall vibe of your company and the logos you will use to represent your business. Graphic design takes all those branding elements and utilizes them to make your actual marketing materials (social media content, free resources, presentations, print marketing & more).
How long does it take?
Your project length depends on the package you choose. My custom branding and design packages range from 1 to 4 weeks in length.
What is the investment / payment plan?
I offer all clients a choice of packages that best fits their needs in our consultation. For full custom branding with included marketing graphics package totals are typically broken down into 2 to 4 payments to break the investment up over time.
Will I get the original files?
For some of your marketing materials, you will receive the original files. For logos, you will receive an editable vector file for minor future changes.
What kind of graphics can I get?
During your project planning phase, I provide you with a long list of graphics you can choose as a part of your design package. I typically discover how you are currently marketing yourself to leads and the process they go through to become a client. Then, I suggest what would be most beneficial for you so that we are branding the most important touch points your leads will have. These designs can range from free resources, all types of social media graphics & content, podcast art, business cards, email signatures, presentations & more.
How much of a time commitment is it for me?
Typically 1 to 2 hours a week. Most of your time is spent upfront getting the me the information I need to start designing as well as attending design meetings.
Will I see a return on my investment?
While design is not something you can easily correlate to sales since most customers won’t tell you flat out, I bought from you because I like your logo. You will LOSE leads for unprofessional branding & marketing. Just like you probably go searching for a company on Google or social media, and when their pages are a mess, you look for more professional businesses out there. You will realize the time I save you strategizing & designing is well worth the investment itself, and the new interest you should see from leads in your business will be a bonus!
How many changes do I get?
I do not work on a set number of changes allowed. I provide built-in feedback /revisions stages at every step in the design process to ensure you are happy with how the process is progressing before we move on to the next round. You can make changes for the corresponding stage, but taking the project back to a previously approved stage will result in a project delay and potentially an additional fee.

Simply put, for each stage of the process, you get tailored options to make selections. I take the items you choose and utilize them to design polished logos, ensuring that what you select will turn out professional and be functional going forward no matter what. This is a significant step up from DIYing your logos or basic logo templates, giving you a unique professional look, but without the full level of customization and strategy that my high-ticket branding clients will receive.
Brand Your Way packages start at $300. No marketing materials are included in these packages, and I only offer 2 – 4 slots a month!
