Coastal Homes of Virginia is a real estate team based out of Virginia Beach, VA and is owned by Bessie Ostrander. Bessie came to me requesting help with establishing a recognizable brand & marketing.
Brand Strategy & Design
This all female team wanted a calm, clean, coastal, and modern look with a color palette centered in Navy and a variety of blue / teal tones. Bessie requested a logo that had a wave that looks like the letter C and flows into a home to represent Coastal Homes. This feminine yet sophisticated look was the perfect representation of their team.
