Wouldn’t you Love to Save Time in Canva?
What if I told you that if you know how to use Canva well, you could actually make MORE MONEY in your business? Well, it is absolutely true!
But before I dive into that, let me get something off my chest.
I am a lazy marketer. There, I finally admitted it publically!
I spend my days creating content for all my clients—graphics on graphics day in and day out. My last priority is my marketing. But I know that if I didn’t have a social media presence, I would not be running a 6 figure design business today.
I know this from experience because there were YEARS I would convince myself I was too busy serving clients to be creating content for my own business. Ultimately leaving me with long stretches of not posting on my feeds and then stretches of where the clients would stop coming in. It was a nasty cycle I had to break if I was going to grow my business sustainably.
A Necessity Turned into a Gold Mine
What came out of a necessity to make my content creation process as EASY and FAST as possible has turned into a content creation machine where I can spend LESS time creating but make MORE money!
My entire week’s content in just 1 to 2 hours a week?? IT IS POSSIBLE! 🤯
The trick was I optimized Canva. I already knew the platform well since I constantly created content for my clients. For the last six years, I have been learning all the hidden secrets while figuring out ways to reuse & repurpose content. The goal was to make high-quality content fast so I didn’t have to create content hours and hours a day. Ideally, I would make less content overall but still yield more sales. #winwin

But before we get into all of that, let me do a quick introduction about myself. 0:01:43 My name is Megan Harrington. I am the owner of Zestal Media and Design. I’m a brand and web strategist for female service providers. 0:01:49 So that needs for my one-on-one services. I’m busy making branding packages, logos, colors, fonts. I’m doing funnel designing, website building. 0:01:57 I’m also creating marketing content for my clients, whether it’s social media templates or free resources. I’m kind of like your creative techy bestie all in one. 0:02:05 And over the last five years in business, I have truly tried to hone my skills in becoming a lead generation and a client attracting design expert because I never wanted to be just the designer who handed over pretty things, but there was no real thought and intention behind them. 0:02:18 I truly try to deliver tools to my clients to up level their business. And throughout my time of working with clients, I realize there need to be a place online where business owners could learn about the powers of branding and canva and marketing and websites for their business, such as how the Bosses 0:02:35 Building Brands Facebook community came to be about, which is so excited you guys are all here. And when I’m not busy doing all of that, I am an AV spouse. 0:02:43 My husband Brian is in the US Navy. We have a toddler who just turned three. His name is Beckett and we have two dogs, Almond and Melia, who are currently sleeping in the room. 0:02:51 So let’s hope that they just keep mapping while I’m live today. So I can get a little loud sometimes. And we are currently located in Waterford, Connecticut because I’m a military spouse, we do often move across the country a lot. 0:03:05 But thankfully, we’re going to be in Connecticut for the next couple years because we just got here. But in today’s master class, let’s talk about what we’re going to be talking about. 0:03:14 So I’m going to be teaching you how to utilize CAMPA to create content that will make you more recognizable online so you can grow your audience and sales as efficiently as possible. 0:03:24 And if you’re wondering like, is this training for me, I want to let you know that if you are a small business owner, you are in the right place, whether you are a product-based business or a service provider or a coach, utilizing Canva I truly think is the one unifying thing that all small business 0:03:39 owners should be doing for their business because it’s going to help you create all of your marketing content, okay? So if you’re not on the screen, but you are a small business owner, let me know your industry in the comments so that I can add it to my list for future presentations. 0:03:54 But now that you’ve gone a little bit about me, I do want to learn about you. So tell me what your business is about in the comments. 0:04:00 But I also want to know how well you know Canva. If you have never really used Canva before, I want you to give me a hashtag Canva Who. 0:04:08 Like you’ve heard a bit, but you’ve never really used it. Give me a hashtag Canva Who. If you have used Canva a few times, maybe personally, maybe professionally. 0:04:15 Give me a hashtag we have met. And if you are a Canva BFF you use it all the time in your business. 0:04:21 You’re in their weekly creating content. Give me a hashtag Canva BFF. Ali says she is a business coach paths live. 0:04:29 Ali says we have met Tracy is live amazing amazing. Linda says hashtag canva, rate, and health care. Awesome. Great. So excited to have all of you guys here for the encore. 0:04:43 This is awesome. Okay. Keep dropping. How much you know canva canva canva BFF. Awesome. I love it. Okay. But no matter where you fall, there’s probably so much in canva that you are not utilizing to its fullest potential. 0:04:56 And these tools will help you save, will save you time creating your content, they will get you more visible online and they will help grow your sales if you’re using them again and again and again. 0:05:08 Okay? Of course, I mean, I’m so excited that you could attend. All right, winner. So the last person you commented looks like it was Rachel. 0:05:16 She says she’s a digital marketer. You have won our first prize today, which is my What to Brand checklist of 200 places of we can put your brand for maximum recognition, outline it in the world. 0:05:29 So I am going to be writing down your name and I’m going to be emailing you, actually DMing you a little bit later for your email so that I can get you access to your price. 0:05:38 So congratulations. And then just keep commenting. You never know who is going to win our next price. Okay. All right. 0:05:47 So let’s talk a little bit about my Canvas story before you fully dive into the platform because we will be getting in the back end of Canva today. 0:05:54 Amelia, my dog is napping and dreaming right next to me, so sorry if you can hear her. I am a Canva BFF. 0:06:01 Okay, Amelia, hold on a second guys, sorry. All right, so I can’t remember the very first time I opened Canva. 0:06:07 It was probably about seven or eight years ago, probably for more of a personal use, but I do remember the very first client I ever used it on, which is my very first client for my business. 0:06:16 Her name is Megan, and she is the owner of COVA Collective Realty. Now Megan hired me to to take over her social media marketing and her marketing content back in 2017, I believe. 0:06:26 And at the time, I was not a professional designer. So you’re probably thinking like, why the heck did Megan hire me to do all of her marketing content if I was not a professional designer? 0:06:35 Well, two things. I had one doubled in Canva, but the more important to her was I was previously a realtor who knew the ins and outs of what you could and could not do legally to not lose your license as a realtor. 0:06:46 And so she hired me just for the fact that I would not get her in trouble essentially, but she also at the time was doing pretty well for herself. 0:06:55 She had one other realtor that she was working with as a team member of hers, and then myself helping her with all of her marketing content. 0:07:02 Now, we both knew the power branding and social media, because as I said, I was a previous realtor too, so I knew using it in my own business that it was going to be super, super helpful. 0:07:11 So I chose to use Canva for all of her marketing content. I was doing her social media posts. I was doing her email campaigns. 0:07:18 I was doing her invitations for her her like open houses. You name it. I was creating it in Canva. And you know what with this strategy, Megan’s business took off her lead generation skyrocketed. 0:07:32 And she’s now in the top 1% of realtors in her area even probably higher than that because she’s absolutely killing it. 0:07:38 She has a team of over 15 members now. And they are selling hundreds of homes every single year in the Virginia Beach area of Virginia. 0:07:48 And you know what also started happening? All of her competitions started noticing too. They realized everything was looking so good and online and she was killing it, making all these sales and they wanted to know what they were doing. 0:07:59 So all of her competitions started knocking on my door and they wanted to be ran recognizable online too. Now I worked with some of them. 0:08:05 I didn’t work with others obviously with Megan’s blessing. But I started landing clients all over the country because I was helping all of these realtors and health coaches build recognizable brands. 0:08:18 And the strategy I used from Megan who has proven to be effective and repeatable for all types of businesses. I’m now running a six figure design business and just five to six years ago, I was not a professional designer, which is incredible and I’m so thankful for it. 0:08:34 So the moral of my Canvas story is that I know that I need to get this strategy and to the hands of every entrepreneur that I can. 0:08:42 And the strategy I’m teaching today can be what changes the scope of your business if you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work, okay? 0:08:50 But let’s have a little bit of a real talk with me. Let’s look at some truths and myths about Canva and marketing for your small business, okay? 0:08:58 The first truth is Megan was not special. If I was able to implement the Canva strategy for her and dozens of others and their businesses also scaled, you can do it too, okay? 0:09:10 And some other truths you might know is you have probably heard that you have to be on social media to make sales as a small business owner. 0:09:17 Probably everyone has heard that. You also have to be consistently posting on your profiles to make more sales, just plain and simple. 0:09:24 So you’ve got to be present online and you’ve got to be present online all of the time. Now the today’s truth that I’m And add on to that is you have to be posting consistent looking and sounding content to maximize your visibility and sales, okay? 0:09:39 So if your content is all over the place, it is way hard for your audience to figure out what’s going on in your business, and they’re not going to spend the time to figure it out themselves, okay? 0:09:49 But here are some myths that you probably might be thinking of to make sales online. I want you to know that it is not about being a professional designer. 0:09:56 You don’t have to have higher professional designer. You don’t have to be a professional designer to make great content. It’s also not about spending hours and hours and hours on social media just because you’re active on social media for eight hours a day does not mean you’re going to get a bunch of 0:10:10 sales if your content’s not good. It also does not mean you have to be inherently creative. With the strategy you’re going to learn it’s way more about strategy than it is about being creative and then it’s also not about being techy. 0:10:22 You know there you can easily figure out how to use Canva if you’re setting yourself up for success in the very beginning. 0:10:28 And finally, it’s not about having some massive vision and knowing how everything’s going to perfectly in line. Like there is a little bit of trial and error to it and you are going to build as you grow and you can do it by starting from zero. 0:10:41 I promise you that. But it is about having the strategy and templates of a professional designer who comes with the easy step-by-step breakdown of how to make consistent branded content so simply, which is what we’re going to be diving in today. 0:10:55 So buckle up, let’s get to it. But before we do, let’s crown another winner. It looks like Linda commented so intrigued by this. 0:11:04 I’m a newbie canva user. Amazing. I’m so excited to welcome you. So yes, Linda, you have won our next prize, which is again, the Whatto Branch checklist of 200 places you can put your branding out into the world for maximum recognition. 0:11:18 So I’m going to be DMing you later to get your emails that I can send over that resource to you. 0:11:25 All right, so why should Canva be your BFF? Well, there are three major reasons, but before I get into all of those reasons, I first want you to think about in your day-to-day life, have you ever gone to Google looking for something? 0:11:38 Maybe you just recently moved to a new area and you want to find a new doctor or a new gym or you’re just looking for something online? 0:11:45 You’re probably checking out companies, websites, and their social media presence, right? Have you ever been looking for something? Click on somebody’s website or social media and the content is so unprofessional, it looks outdated, it just looks like a hot mess, you don’t understand what’s going on 0:12:00 and you’ve just like skipped them, you’ve just like xed out the screen and moved on. If this has ever happened to you, I want you to give me a hashtag all the time, hashtags, sometimes it’s happened every couple times or hashtag never if you’ve never done it. 0:12:12 Abigail says sometimes, Linda says all the time, Ali says all the time, yes, absolutely. And that is because first impressions matter, which is why Canvas should be your BFF because if you don’t look professional on social media and online, people aren’t giving your company the time of day either. 0:12:28 And that’s just plain and simple. And to back this up, here are some stats I would love for you to know. 0:12:33 First, it takes 50 milliseconds or 0.05 seconds to form an opinion about your website. I believe it’s probably the same for your social media feeds as well. 0:12:41 So it’s very, very quick. It also takes five to seven impressions for people to remember a brand. Five to seven. 0:12:48 Now, This could be over a week’s time if you’re super consistent, it could be over a month, it could be over a year You don’t really know but if you are consistent with your appearance You can actually increase your revenue by up to 25 to 30% meaning so that your social media feeds looks like your website 0:13:04 It looks like your email marketing if they all look and sound the same You can increase your revenue by up to 25 to 30% which is fabulous And then finally if you were then 10% of business owners are actually saying that they’re very consistent with their branding So if you become super consistent with 0:13:20 your marketing appearance, you can actually be in the top’s 10% of small business owners just in general, which is amazing. 0:13:27 Okay. So if you build a consistent marketing aesthetic, which is easily done in Canva, if you know how to use it properly, you will impress and stand out. 0:13:37 Okay. And an example of this is my client Jen, who is a Pinterest manager. Now she is a Canva girl. 0:13:43 She loves it just as much as I do. And I set up Jen’s purely just her branding foundation. I gave her her colors, her fonts. 0:13:51 I designed her logos. She actually did the work by putting it on her website, making her social media look so good. 0:13:57 You can see all these templates and don’t worry. I have some tools later on and I’m gonna share with you guys about to help you make your social media presence as easy as this as possible and look so professionally done. 0:14:07 She did all of this herself. And you know what, it paid off because she said in a previous master class, I booked a client who said she was drawn to watch on social media by my brand and booked with me. 0:14:19 Without my brand, I wouldn’t have booked her, which was a nearly $3,000 client. So just by looking professional on social media, she landed a $3,000 client. 0:14:28 Like, that is amazing. Reason number two canvas should be your BFF is because content creation is a beast, but it is essential to being a business owner just flat out as we’ve already talked about. 0:14:41 Social media algorithms want you to be posting again and again. The more you post, the more you’re rewarded. Everything should be branded for maximum recognition to build no like and trust. 0:14:51 And the more that you build that no like and trust, the more recognition you’ll have, which means more sales will come in because more eyes will be on your business. 0:14:57 They already think you’re trustworthy because you look legit online and so sales will start flowing. And when the sales start flowing, you better be efficient with your marketing content and make sure that it still looks good and is still on brand because you’re going to have even less time to create 0:15:11 content when you’re of serving your clients, shipping out orders, whatever it is, okay? And reason number three for Canvas should be your BFF is because hiring a designer is expensive and I’m saying that as a professional designer. 0:15:26 I will be perfectly honest that when I’m making like marketing content for my clients, so their social media templates, their free resources and I’m making like graphic packages, I’m charging between $1,000 to $4,000 to get them all set up and running, okay? 0:15:39 And this does not cover the daily social media content. I don’t do that anymore. I just hand over templates and they still have to manage it on their own. 0:15:46 There are people who do that such as social media managers, but they charge anywhere from 500 to 2000 dollars a month to make weekly or daily content and it might not always be branded. 0:15:56 So sometimes it’s like only three posts a week and you’re still paying $500. It can be very, very expensive. But if you have the right strategy to DIY professional content in Canva, you can save yourself thousands and protect your bottom line at the end of the day. 0:16:11 All right. So straight up, Canva can also be a beast. I get that Canva can be overwhelming too. I understand that for some people, but with my tips and tricks, I can make it quick and easy for you to make on-brand content again and again. 0:16:25 Okay? With the consistent brand and content, you will be making sales like clockwork. That’s just how it was worked for myself. 0:16:32 It’s worked for all of my clients, so I know this is possible. And I can teach you how to properly design brand and content easily so you can save so much time making your marketing content. 0:16:42 You get more visible online, you gain more credibility and you grow your sales. Now you might be thinking I didn’t know that this was a branding training. 0:16:53 I’ve said branding, branded content, you’re like well why are we talking about branding? Well that’s because my number one tip for saving time creating content in Canva is to know your branding and to have a strong foundation for your brand. 0:17:06 Now if You’re like, I don’t know what my brand is. Don’t worry. I have resources at the end for you as well that I’ll be sharing with you to help you get your brand up and running in this little as like two business days. 0:17:15 It’s pretty awesome, okay? But there are some branding benefits you can reap if you actually have braided content. One of them being, branding can improve your company’s recognition. 0:17:26 Branding will create a following for your company that’ll generate trust in your business. It promotes loyalty from satisfied clients and fans. 0:17:33 It acts as an extension of your business so you can reach far and wide and access protection from your competitors who want your success. 0:17:39 Pretty much what we’ve already talked about. If you putting out brand new content on the regular basis, people will start seeing you as being trustworthy. 0:17:45 They’ll start paying attention to what you actually have to say in your content that they’ll then turn them into buyers. 0:17:51 And once they’re buyers and you satisfy them after the sale, they’re going to become loyal clients, rating fans, and they’re going to start doing the marketing for you. 0:17:59 So then again, you have less time marketing, which is ultimately the goal, you know? Now, so here’s how the actual strategy works. 0:18:08 First, you have to know and use your brand, okay? That’s the basis of this entire strategy. You have to know what your colors are. 0:18:15 You have to know what your fonts are. You’ve got to know all of that first, okay? And you’ve got to use it on your content. 0:18:20 But when you know all of that, you’ll realize it’s so much easier for you to whip up fast content for multiple platforms being just pigeonholed to just one, instead of being pigeonholed to just one platform because you just don’t have the time to support anything else. 0:18:33 Which means that you can be then more visible online in more places, meaning you’re in front of more people. And when you do that, you’re attracting more leads. 0:18:43 More people are listening to what you have to say. And when that happens, sales will start flowing and you are going to grow your income, okay? 0:18:52 Now, this strategy has worked for my clients. It has resulted in Jamie booking 60 plus days out on a very new service. 0:18:59 Shawna having a 10K launch, Alyssa hitting six figures in her first year, Heather hitting seven figures in under two years and Chantal rarely needing to market herself any longer. 0:19:09 Now all of these women are incredible business owners in their own right so I’m not going to take 100% credit for everything they do. 0:19:15 But they will definitely say working with the designer and having a really good brand presence and a content strategy content creation strategy has up level their business. 0:19:25 So if you’re not doing this strategy, it could be why you’re spending your wheels and spending too much time on your content that maybe not converting because you don’t have a system or you’re spending no time on your content because you just truly have no place to start you don’t know where to start 0:19:40 . Either way, you are not as visible, which means you aren’t generating as many leads and thus not making as many sales. 0:19:46 Okay, all right, winner. Let’s see here. Okay, as you said, this is good. So you have one hour next our next prize, which again is the what to brand checklist the 200 places to place your branding and take a quick sip. 0:20:04 So I’m going to DM you after this pass and I and I hope I’m saying your name correctly and I will get your email so I can get that resource over to you. 0:20:13 Okay, all right, let’s move on. So let’s look at how this has actually worked for a client. So Jamie is a dog trainer in the Gainesville, Florida area. 0:20:23 When I first met Jamie, she was actually in Jacksonville, Florida, and she was wanting to change her services. At the time, she was going to people’s homes, training their dogs in their own home, but she had a dream of opening up a board and train facility in her own property in Gainesville where people 0:20:39 would come and bring their dogs to her. She’d house them for a week, train them up, and then ship them back afterwards and that was her life one goal. 0:20:47 So she decided she wanted to rebrand while she was changing her services. So I went ahead and I nailed down her fonts and her colors and her logos and again if you don’t have a branding setup I have tools that can help you with that that I’ll talk about at the end of today’s call. 0:21:00 So just hold on. But then we used her branding and we put it in all of her marketing. So we put it on her business cards on her free and paid resources. 0:21:09 We put it on our Facebook covers, and I provided her with her social media templates that are all cohesive, all look so good, everything you can tie back to her brand so that she can continue to create content on a daily basis for her business, and it still be branded, okay? 0:21:25 And she got to work and she started implementing all of her new marketing, including her Canva templates. And by the way, all of this was created in Canva, so it’s not just social media. 0:21:34 You can and post, you can create so much in Canva, it’s amazing. And she started getting noticing by her clients who are by leads who’ve been turned into her clients by people who are her competitors sending her messages like this. 0:21:47 And this is just one example. I get these messages from people all the time saying that people are really taking notice of their new presence now that they’re being consistent actually paying attention to their business for the first time, which is so exciting. 0:22:00 And after using this strategy, Jamie sold out her first two months of her new service within one week of launching. 0:22:05 She’s now been booked out 30 to 60 days in advance since October of 2021, so nearly two years now. And she has these tools that she can whip up her content so easily, can spend time making sales and extending lifetime value of her clients while living her passion and spending less time marketing, which 0:22:22 is amazing. Which brings me to kind of like the constant push and pull we have as being entrepreneurs. So as an entrepreneur, you know that to be leading clients, you have to be visible on social media. 0:22:35 So you either spend hours and hours and hours on social media content creation or you get so in your head, you don’t even know what to post. 0:22:42 So I want to know where you guys are following in this. If you are like, let me know in the comments, how many hours a week or day you think you are creating content. 0:22:53 You can drop it in. If you haven’t even really started your new to this, you don’t really even know where to start when it comes to creating content and social media. 0:22:59 If you’re business, just give me a hashtag don’t know where to start. This is a safe place and totally acceptable. 0:23:04 Okay. So let me know how many hours you think you are creating content for your business in the comments. I would love to know. 0:23:13 When this says six amazing, don’t know where to start. Yana, I understand. Don’t know. Okay, good. Deans is deep. New to this. 0:23:22 Okay, great. Looks like we have a lot of newbies, which is perfect. I’m so glad you guys are here at the beginning to figure this all of this out because your business this is going to take off knowing these strategies. 0:23:30 I’m so excited for you. All right, but once you actually start figuring out the content creation portion and some of you might, this might be ahead of you, some of this might, you’ve already been struggling with this, you get some contact in the world, you make that for sale or you get that next client 0:23:45 and then you switch all of your energy to supporting that sale, okay? And you spend less time in social media, but this is what happens. 0:23:53 You no longer have more clients come in because the posting stops. So your client streams stops And I found myself in this like nasty cycle for several years, where I would be like hosting, posting, posting, posting, we had a client, and then I would have to then go serve them. 0:24:06 And I didn’t have an easy way to streamline everything as much as I’m still a professional designer I probably could have spent more time doing it and streamlining my own processes that I was losing people because I was having lulls in my content, okay. 0:24:19 So I don’t ever want you to find yourself in this situation. And if you have, it’s okay. I have been there too. 0:24:26 But with this strategy, it teaches you how to harness the power of Canvas so you can do less work but still make more money. 0:24:33 Like, if that sounds fabulous, let me know in the comments. Because when you know how to use Canvas properly and have professionally designed templates, it takes you less time to create more content so that you can constantly be visible online. 0:24:46 Okay. I will also show you that with the Canvas AI features that they have now which are incredible. And all the strategies I teach, you can think of a topic, design the content, and schedule it to post in 10 minutes or less. 0:25:00 It’s just fabulous, okay? Can you see how powerful this could be for your business? Everyone is saying yes in the comments. 0:25:06 Ali says that sounds incredible. Larry says definitely need this amazing, so, so exciting. Okay. Well, sometimes you just need someone to show you how to make content that’s going to convert. 0:25:16 And thankfully, you don’t have to learn it by yourself. I’ve already been there done that. I learned Canva all by myself and it took years to perfect it, but I’ve learned all the hacks for you. 0:25:26 Okay, and I’ve already created all the templates and I figured out what works. You don’t have to do the trial and error yourself any longer. 0:25:32 You can focus on your zone of genius. Okay. So that being said, let’s head on over to the back of Canva so you can kind of see how this all works together and get some more time saving tips so you can go in and start using for yourself. 0:25:45 Okay. So let me escape, and this is the back end of Canva. So for the people who have never used Canva before, this is what it looks like. 0:25:55 Now my Canva is a little crazy, not gonna lie. And that is because I’m not only creating content for myself, but I’m creating content for lots of clients that continuously change. 0:26:06 So I have a bunch of stuff in there. My goal for you is for your Canva not to look like this. 0:26:11 I actually would prefer your Canva to look something like my girl Tina’s who’s a previous client of mine, where everything now looks cohesive and consistent. 0:26:20 Everything has the same colors, everything has the same fonts, everything has the same fun, loving, positive vibe, whether she’s making a social media post or a free resource or an infographic, they all look cohesive, okay? 0:26:32 So this is the dream world that we are all striving to get towards, okay? And it is possible, and I’m gonna show you how you do that for yourself today, okay? 0:26:41 So let me jump back into my version of Canva. The very first thing that I want you to do is one, figure out what your branding is, and then put your branding into Canva. 0:26:52 Okay. Canva has this amazing feature called brand kit, which is where you can upload all your logos, you can upload your color palette with the exact text codes, you can save all of your fonts. 0:27:04 Now I don’t have time to go in like every single detail of how to set this up for yourself. I actually talk about that in my creating Canva course, which I’m launching today. 0:27:11 And I’ll be sharing all the secrets with you about it and details about at the end of today’s call. But just know that this should be your very first step, whether you have already been using for camera for years and you’ve never set this up for yourself, it is a game changer. 0:27:25 And you’re probably thinking, hey, well, why does it matter to save all of these things? I’m going to show you that when we get into the creating content portion. 0:27:31 Okay, so just bear with me for the next couple of minutes. Why teach you how to set up for success. 0:27:36 Okay, so set up your brand hub, get your logos in there, your colors, your fonts, even some headshots if you want. 0:27:42 Get it all set up. Okay. The next thing that I want to point out about Canva to make sure that you save time is that you set yourself up with the system to state organized. 0:27:52 Okay. So Canva inherently, and I hate the design, it just opens you up to like everything you’ve created recently. Okay. 0:27:59 Which can be overwhelming and can get kind of confusing. So I want you to start living and working through a project system. 0:28:05 Canva actually has a full folder system that a lot of people don’t realize, just like you would do for your desktop or maybe Google Drive to keep you super, super organized, okay? 0:28:16 So when you’re thinking, okay, well, what kind of folders do I create for my business? Well, as a business to business owner, service provider, I make a folder for every single one of my clients. 0:28:26 If you are not serving other people with your business when it comes to like supporting their business, You could do things for your product lines. 0:28:34 If you are a product-based business, you could have a folder for all of your uploads for your T-shirts versus your tumblers versus your health and wellness products. 0:28:43 Whatever it is, you can make a folder for that. If you have just mainly one product line or your coach and it’s kind of everything is all the same, maybe you have a folder per content. 0:28:52 So you have like your website graphics that are in a folder, your social media graphics are in a folder, keeping yourself organized will make sure you’ll be able to recall things really really easy when you want to repurpose it when we talk about that later today, but to add a folder, all you have to 0:29:06 do is push add new the top right here. You can name it and let’s say we can name it Trisha for one of my clients push continue and then I can scroll through and I can just pick all of her items and I can just add them to the folder easy peasy. 0:29:22 Okay. You’re probably wondering, okay, well, why does that matter when you’re actually designing? I’m going to show you that in a second as well. 0:29:28 Okay. So, know your brand, set up your folders, stick to the folders as much as possible to make it easier for you to pull things at a later time. 0:29:36 Okay. But now is the time, but let’s actually start talking about creating content in Canva. For those of you who don’t know, Canva is a template-based platform, so they have thousands and thousands of professional designers that will come in here and will update content by by publishing their own templates 0:29:53 for everyone to access whenever you want and they have it for everything. Resumes, social media, business cards, like you name it, you can do it in Canva, okay? 0:30:02 But let’s say you’re interested in doing Instagram posts. I can search for them and you can see that there are currently 475,000 Instagram posts, which yesterday it was 474,000. 0:30:15 So about 1,000 new templates have a join in the last day, which is literally insane. But the thing is when you scroll through, you’re going to notice that they’re all beautiful, because they’re all professionally designed, but they’re all so different. 0:30:29 They have different colors, different fonts. They’re selling different types of products and services, and they have different overall vibes and moods that they are exuding. 0:30:38 This is not what we want for our business, because your business should have a very unique, concise representation. So having to start from scratch on all of these Canva templates over and over and over again does get repetitive. 0:30:52 It does take a lot of time. But if you set yourself up with success in the beginning, having a branded set of templates at the very start, or you build up to having an archive of branded templates, which I’m going to show you that in a second, you can save yourself so much time. 0:31:07 Okay. So let’s take a look what that looks like. I’m going to show you a little bundle of templates that I’ve created for one of my clients. 0:31:15 This is Helen. She is a life coach and a yoga instructor and she wanted to kind of meld both at half of her business with her bundles so she could kind of mix and match because it is all one business for her. 0:31:28 And as you can see with this bundle, they’re all designed with the same colors, the same fonts. They look very different than if you go over to the design panel and you start looking at all the different colors and fonts and craziness that’s going on over here. 0:31:42 Okay. The goal is that we work towards having a bundle like this to be set up for. Okay, whether you’re purchasing templates like for me in the creating camera course that are provided or you spend 30 plus days building out an archive, which I’ll show you that in a second. 0:31:58 Having content that’s already branded makes creating new content so much simpler okay so I’m going to show you what I mean by that. 0:32:06 So this graphic is for her yoga instructing I’m going to duplicate it so I don’t mess with the original and I’m going to show you how I can turn this into her life coaching portion of her business without really changing any colors or anything but have a full new post in like a minute okay so I’m going 0:32:24 to pull this guy up here I’m going to pull this guy over here. I’m going to pull this down. I’m going to get rid of that logo because that’s not the right business we are promoting right now. 0:32:34 I am going to just rotate this. And I’m going to change this. Let’s just say new masterclass. Okay. And I’m going to bump this down so it’s not as large. 0:32:48 And then let’s name the masterclass. So she is a life coach. So we’ll call it like finding I need to learn how to spell. 0:33:00 Okay, and then I’m going to make that actual color because I don’t know why it’s so lightly. Oops, didn’t do it. 0:33:06 Okay, so what the heck? I don’t know why it’s making me highlight that. That’s okay. Okay, so now I have pretty much changed the whole purpose of this. 0:33:16 I could duplicate it if I wanted to. Okay, Canva is being funky. Sorry, guys. There we go. Okay. The only thing left I have to do is I want to change it to her her actual like life coaching pictures and I want to change it to her life coaching logos. 0:33:35 Okay, so one of the things about having folders and I have a folder for Helen for her business over in my side panel. 0:33:42 I just have to find it because I have a lot of them is that I have everything saved all the content I previously made for her all of her logos are in one place all of her head shots are in one place, so all I have to do is know that I can go over to the Helen folder. 0:33:54 Pop in a new picture and then I can just pull in her life coaching logo. Pull it down here and voila in just like a minute I had a little bit of technical issues so could have been faster. 0:34:09 I was able to take this post and turn it into this post. It’s still super on brand because I use the same colors and same fonts. 0:34:17 I didn’t have to change any of that. I literally just moved things around, change the content. I have a full new post in under two minutes. 0:34:24 Okay. So having brand of content as the basis already makes it super, super easy to repurpose. And if you’re sitting here thinking, like, okay, well, how do I build up to this? 0:34:35 I’m going to show you that now. Okay, so I am going to go. I’m going to jump over to here and I’m going to show you that in the creating canva course. 0:34:45 You are going to get some bundles of templates. Okay, bundles like I just showed you with Helen’s and I’m actually going to pull up a little one so you guys can kind of preview it. 0:34:54 I can find my folders projects folders templates and then I’m going to scroll down to that one. Okay, so this is this bundle. 0:35:03 Okay, that’s one of the bundles that’s included in the course. Here are two posts of it. Okay, now let’s say I want to switch over to my fonts and colors because it’s a bundle in the creating camera course, I’m going to show you bulk editing. 0:35:17 Okay, I’m going to show you that there are tips and tricks to make it as few clicks as possible little turn literally 30 posts into your brand and like a matter of 10 minutes. 0:35:26 Okay, that’s what I teach you in the creating canvas course. We don’t have time for all of that today. So I’m going to show you the people who are brand new to Canva, how to do like the like step by step changes, but we have to figure out what our end goal is. 0:35:38 If we’re going to pull any template from the Canva design panel, or you’re going to pull from my bundles, you need to know the end goal you’re working for, which is getting everything to be on brand for you. 0:35:50 Okay. So to do that, I’m going to show you guys the back end of my social media and my personal social media and I’m going to minimize this super quick. 0:35:58 This is the document that I have in my canva where I’m constantly building my Instagram content. Okay, and I’m scrolling back for months and months and months because I just keep everything archive so that I can repurpose and recycle like I just showed you that I did with Helen’s okay. 0:36:13 Now, people ask me all the time, like, how did you get this document set up like this? How do you make your content look so cohesive, but so diverse and how do you schedule and plan all of that? 0:36:23 That’s all inside the creating canvas course. I got so many questions about it. I added it to the course so that you guys get the full behind the scenes of how to do this for yourself for your business. 0:36:32 But I wanted you guys to see what it looks like and the whole vibe that I’m trying to go for. 0:36:36 You see my colors and see my fonts. So while I’m changing things over, you understand the end goal that I’m trying to get to, okay? 0:36:43 So the very first thing when I’m taking this template or any template in Canva is I’m going to do kind of like an analyze and swap technique if I have to go. 0:36:51 Step by step by step, but if you have a bundle, you can do bulk editing okay so if I have to go step by step i’m looking at the colors and fonts that are used in this document and i’m going to switch them to my colors and my fonts. 0:37:04 And I’m going to do that by just thinking about, okay, that green is very similar to my light shade of a color I’m going to swap those together, okay, so this is a light green now because I have my brand kit set up remember the very beginning I said set up your brand kit my brand colors are always at 0:37:20 the very top of my design panel, okay, so that’s a light green I’m going to switch with my light blue, okay, still looks good because I switched very similar items, the next thing is this is a dark blue, but it’s not my exact shade of dark blue. 0:37:36 So I’m going to switch to my shade of dark blue for everything because and I kept it online because they’re very similar. 0:37:43 They’re going to swap easily. Okay. And if you’re still confused about this, I go way more in detail in the creating camo course. 0:37:49 Okay, the next is fonts. So I’m going to look at this font and I’m going to analyze that this is kind of a decorative subheading. 0:37:55 I have one of those I’m going to switch it to refina. Okay. Then I’m going to look at this and I’m going to be like, oh, you know, that is an easy to read body font. 0:38:04 So I’m going to switch it to my easy to read body font, okay? You’ll notice that I’m thinking about what is in my branding and swapping it out with what is in this template. 0:38:13 Now, if you don’t have a brand set up, you can’t do this strategy, which is why stay towards the end. 0:38:18 I’m going to teach you. I’m going to tell you how you can get a brand in two days with me, okay? 0:38:21 But you’ll also notice that I didn’t just randomly throw in cursive out of nowhere just just because I thought it would be funzees because it’s not legible, okay? 0:38:32 So I’m staying in the parameters of this design, okay? I’m gonna speed this up a little bit and I’m going to just switch out some images to finalize this design. 0:38:42 I’m gonna pull my brand images folder wherever it may be. Need to clean out some of my folders. Let’s switch to a head shot. 0:38:52 Sure, I put myself here and then let’s just switch this background image to yeah this one looks good actually there’s a different one I want to use this one. 0:39:03 Okay so now this looks way more on brand for me and is going to fit in my social media feed when I want to go and post it with all this content. 0:39:13 Okay, so the same thing, but I’m going to do it a lot faster on this one. So this not blue. 0:39:20 I’m going to go here. This is light green. I’m going to go to my light blue same thing. Light green to light blue. 0:39:28 This is all light green. So I’m going to change all of these to the or the medium green. So I’m going to change it to my medium blue. 0:39:37 And then I’m going to make this more legible really quickly. Okay. And then finally, I’m just going to switch out fonts that kind of match to make this super simple. 0:39:51 Let me see if it’s going to let me do that all of those. Maybe not. Nope. Okay. There are other buttons for bulk editing that I teach you in the creating camera course to make this even faster. 0:40:04 But I’m trying to go slow so people who’ve never seen this before understand what’s happening. Okay, so now I have two posts. 0:40:10 They’re way more on brand. If I was truly going on brand, I’d probably get rid of these design accents because they don’t go with my vibe. 0:40:16 But I teach you how to pull your own design accents that match the vibe you’re going to or in the creative can of course, okay. 0:40:21 You’re probably also thinking like, you know, Megan, this is just a checklist. There is no content on this this graphic. 0:40:27 Well, don’t you worry because inside of creating Canva, you can use the Canva AI features that I teach you to literally brainstorm all of your content and write it for you. 0:40:36 So, if you’re like, I don’t know what to post about today, I will teach you how to use the Canva AI features to figure out how to fill in your templates and how to write your captions and everything. 0:40:48 So, you barely have to think in this whole process. You just have to kind of have idea of what you want to post about. 0:40:53 Like, let’s say for this one, checklist title, I would do like branding tips or branding elements. And then I’d ask the Canva AI to write me a checklist of Canva elements that are essential, you know. 0:41:04 So, I teach you how to do that inside of the creating camera course. But another feature that we’re talking about is once you have one post, like you spent your time creating one post, you might as well maximize it as much as humanly possible. 0:41:16 So you need to be able to repurpose it and place it in many places as possible, which is why you need to learn how to do Kamba resizing and being able to repurpose your content. 0:41:27 So instead of having just square posts, you can also now make full stories that can be posts in different places or at different dates and different times, to maximize the amount of content you are creating in as little time as possible. 0:41:40 Okay, so I teach you how to resize everything appropriately, appropriately, inside of the creating and Canvas course. And finally, if you’re going from, let’s say, a stag post to a story, you want to add some texture, some funness. 0:41:53 So let’s say we want to animate it, we could give a little party texture, you know, give a little, some little fun animations to make it more of a video. 0:42:01 And now you have stag posts and some videos and I go even more in depth with that in the creating camera course. 0:42:08 And finally, the very last thing I want to show you is that we’ve already talked about brainstorming your content inside of Canva designing it. 0:42:16 Then giving it bring it to life and repurposing it in multiple ways. You can also post directly from Canva onto all of your social media feeds. 0:42:24 So all you have to do is push share. You’re going to link whatever social media feeds you want. They have a bunch of different options and there are pretty much all the big players are now synced with Canva. 0:42:33 So you can post directly from Canva. So you’ve literally created your entire content inside of the platform, which is phenomenal, okay? 0:42:42 And just a matter of minutes and you can multiply this as many times as you want, okay? So it’s truly such a magnificent tool and go back into our slides. 0:42:55 And then we’re going to have pool winner right now. It looks like Danielle, you have one. Congratulations. You have won the What to Brand checklist as well. 0:43:02 So I will DM you after this to get an email for you so that I can send you over that resource. 0:43:07 So thank you so much for engaging. But can you see how beneficial it is to be able to whip up effective on brand content on repeat in a matter of minutes? 0:43:17 Like let me know if you can see how this could be so, so useful. And I also want you to think like how would your life be change if this was you. 0:43:25 If you could literally whip up your content for your marketing for a week for like an hour a week, wouldn’t that be amazing? 0:43:34 It would be. And don’t forget that if you guys stay to the very end, you have a chance to win the $25 Amazon gift card and just want to throw in that little extra reminder going forward. 0:43:43 So definitely stay tuned. You never know when it’s going to appear and to win. But I have something for you that will help you conquer Canva and all of your content creation once and for all. 0:43:54 So if you guys are ready to learn about all the details of the creating cam, of course, give me a yes in the comments so that you can learn about this amazing course and how you can truly up level your marketing. 0:44:07 Everything would be so different. Okay, then core concept number two is the best design practices for a professional online presence. 0:52:18 So once I teach you the basics of where everything is in Canva and how to set up your Canva. I’m also going to teach you graphic design principles because if you’re going to be making professional level designs, you have to know some basic understanding of what actually is going to work and what’s not 0:52:31 going to work for your marketing, okay? Okay, next, then we’re gonna move on to actually streamlining your full social media strategy. 0:52:54 So I’m gonna teach you the same social media strategy I use to think of and implement and schedule my social media presence that takes a minimal time to create the moves your audience to the next step and working with you. 0:53:05 A big picture of like, okay, how are you planning your content to make sure that your business is growing continuously? 0:53:11 Then you’re gonna get my from start to finish you’ll learn how to come up with your content topics, design a cohesive, yet diverse feed by repurposing your previous work and how to write copy with Canva AI tools. 0:53:21 You no longer have to think about how to phrase everything and what you should actually write plus scheduling it all out for optimal efficiency. 0:53:28 Okay. Then finally, you’re going to get you’re going to be able to build out your brand recognition and hit all of your goals. 0:53:35 So once you start plugging in playing with the templates and you start getting that in the world, you’re going to realize that more people are being attracted to your brand. 0:53:42 And I’m going to teach you how to not only do for one platform, but how to multiply your content across as many platforms as your little heart desires and your little heart. 0:53:51 You have a big heart. To build an undeniable brand recognition that will get more eyes on your business in less time. 0:53:57 Okay, but you might be thinking, okay, I kind of get what she saying, but I don’t quite like, I can’t quite picture it. 0:54:04 If you are a visual person, this next like minute is for you. Okay, so me Christina, she is an abundance coach. 0:54:11 She took my creating can of course, and in my brand Kickstarter, which I’m going to talk about that in a second, as well as she purchased live live on a call. 0:54:18 So she also got the audit where I went through her social media and gave her feedback. Okay. Before all of that, this is what her feed looked like. 0:54:26 She had posts where she was using pretty much the same template over and over and over again, mixed in with other stuff that didn’t quite match a vibe. 0:54:33 We didn’t really know what was going on. Nothing was really cohesive and very clean and professional looking. Now, this is what her content looks like. 0:54:40 Everything has a beautiful vibe. She has much more engaging, interesting content because she’s using my templates and everything looks so professional and clean and people are being more drawn to her and she’s saving time at marketing, which is amazing. 0:54:54 Okay, let’s see some other student testimonials. Sean Tell says Megan offered lots of tips, not just canvotips on how to successfully develop a cohesive brand while cohesive and visually appealing brand. 0:55:07 Heather Helen says before Megan, and my marketing was all over the place. Now it is concise. The tools I can create and let me spend far less time trying to create my own marketing and made my business feel easier. 0:55:17 It has created more time for me and my business to focus on what I’m able to do well with just coaching. 0:55:22 AKA, she’s spending less time marketing, still making sales and is able to actually enjoy her business because she’s getting to do what she actually loves to do. 0:55:29 Okay, I love that for her. I’m so thrilled. If I could help no one ever have to market, like that’s my ultimate goal, you know? 0:55:37 All right, so you can get started today for just $4.97 or choose two payments of $250. And if you’re kind of thinking, like, what does the structure of the creating Canvas course look like? 0:55:46 Well, after checkout, you’re going to get an onboarding email that’s welcoming you to the course with all the information. Inside that email, there will be an exclusive form for you to fill out so that I can learn about your business and also be able to connect through on social media. 0:55:58 So while you’re going through this transformation, I can support you along the way. Next, you’ll log into the self-paced course and get started on learning how to maximize my scamba for your business now. 0:56:07 And then you will begin plugging and playing with your new templates and start turning out content that will have you standing out online and growing your audience and income. 0:56:15 Okay. And if you’re then being like, okay, well, what about this branding thing, Megan? I don’t have a brand yet. 0:56:20 This is where I’m gonna tell you finally about brand Kickstarter. Brand Kickstarter is my two business day brand turnaround. So what you do at checkout, you have a special one time offer for brand Kickstarter at a very reduced rate, is like 50% off where you can help I can help you get your brand up 0:56:36 and running into business days. It how it is all set up is you take a brand personality quiz where I learn about your business a little bit and then I also learn about the overall vibe you are wanting to get out into the world. 0:56:47 Okay. I review your answers after you finish that quiz and I provide you with three different brand proposals. This is an example of a brand proposal. 0:56:55 You have your colors, you have your fonts, you have example design accents and I give them to you and I be like if you’re wanting to exude that brand based on your personality results. 0:57:03 Here are the three different options for you, and then you also get some video tutorials on how to like swap things out, if nothing’s quite perfect as it seems, and how to easily start implementing it. 0:57:15 Once you go through that process, you perfect your brand in just a few days, you then get to go into the creating camera course and start utilizing on all the templates that I provided you. 0:57:24 So this is truly like a one-stop shop if you grab it all check out. Okay. And again, this is the exact thing that Christina did. 0:57:33 She gave a creating canvas. She did the brand kickstarter and she purchased while I was live so that she got the audit as well. 0:57:41 Okay. All right. So let’s first welcome to the new members. I’ve seen people come in. So I’m going to try to look them up on my end. 0:57:50 But last night we welcomed Trisha Modine, Jay Ultra Bold and Mumtaz Tarou. I’m so sorry if I said that wrong to the Creating Canvas Course. 0:57:59 So welcome ladies, but oh, it looks like some more people have paid. So it looks like Hillary paid. Congratulations, Hillary. 0:58:08 Welcome to the course. I’m so, so excited to have you amazing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So you have snagged all the bonuses. 0:58:15 You’ve snagged the audit. And I do want to mention that for anyone who’s purchased my courses, I’m now starting quarterly marketing audits where I invite you guys to a private training not on Facebook. 0:58:26 It’s in a private zoom where I can go through your marketing on an ongoing basis. So you’re also going to get access to that as well, Hillary. 0:58:34 So congratulations. I’m so, so excited for you. So it’s so excited ladies and if you still want to join there is still some more time and be on here for a little bit longer, so go ahead and snag that branding audit while I am live. 0:58:46 Okay, we will continue to drop the link in the comments. So you might be saying to yourself, I really want to be part of this, but what if I am not ready. 0:58:55 Well, if you’re just starting out or looking to finally hit your goals, adding the creating canvas system will take you to the next level. 0:59:01 You’re searching for fast because you’re actually going to have effective marketing strategy going forward. You might be telling yourself, I don’t know if I need this or I know I need this, but I don’t have the funds right now. 0:59:12 Well, I get it. When I did my first investment in trying to be a business owner, I was a stay-at-home dog mom and I had zero income to support my business. 0:59:21 So it was it was terrifying to spend the couple hundred bucks that I did that day or that week. But I’m now a six figure business owner and so I am so glad that I didn’t let that hold me back because I would never be here living my dream and helping all of you guys if I wouldn’t have taken that chance 0:59:38 on myself and my business. So investing yourself is my best advice. You might be thinking I want to land my first client first. 0:59:45 Well not having effective marketing means it’s going to take you longer to land that first client because if you are putting out content and I’m just kind of like throwing spaghetti at a wall your audience is not sticking around or taking enough time to figure out what you’re selling which means you’re 0:59:59 going to spend even longer not making any money okay but with an effective marketing strategy you can start seeing sales coming in much faster. 1:00:07 You might be thinking I don’t think this is right for me I’m I already know Canva well as you’ve already seen that this is for people who have used Canva in the past and they’ve still learn stuff, but it’s also now a full like social media content creation strategy. 1:00:19 So even if you technically know how to use Canva is your marketing actually getting you to that next level because if it’s not, then this course is for you. 1:00:26 Okay. I need a plan before I start or once I figure out my niche is I will join the students who wait and spend who wait on actually joining the creating canvas system. 1:00:37 They spend way more time spinning their wheels. And you’re probably going to have to reset everything once you join. And so if you go and like, you know, I’m going to try them whole marketing thing of myself. 1:00:45 You’re probably going to reset in a couple of months when you actually decide to join. So you might as well just save yourself the headache and time now and just go for it. 1:00:53 So that we can start hitting those next level goals, building a trustworthy brand, building a trustworthy brand recognition faster. I’m going to help you with all of that, OK? 1:01:03 And you’re like, I’m so in, but I just don’t have the time. Trust me, I get it. We are all busy business owners. 1:01:09 Be potentially our moms or parents on this call. I totally, totally get it. But let me put my coach hat on for a second. 1:01:18 With this system, you are going to spend so much less time marketing, okay? You can’t afford to not do this now, okay? 1:01:26 The more time that you are putting out in an effective marketing is the more time that you are gonna be like lulling between sales. 1:01:33 Then thinking about like, do I have it in me to withstand this? And am I gonna have to go back to my nine to five, am I going to have to pick up a side gig like you’ve got to start putting out an effective marketing and do it as super super efficiently to maximize your time because who also wants to 1:01:47 be really working for free when we’re not actually making sales. So with the system, you’re going to learn all of that, okay? 1:01:55 And I’m going to show you the exact sets for creating effective professional content and the most predictable and repeatable way possible so that you can start building the business you know you are capable of, okay? 1:02:05 And you can get started today for just $4.97 or again choose the two payments it’s a 250. Okay, but it’s time for the giveaway. 1:02:13 Okay, so Abigail Crawford, you said I need a course that’ll be more affordable. Okay, I get it. We can talk about that Abigail. 1:02:20 Don’t you worry, but you have won the $25 Amazon gift card, which is amazing. So congratulations, I am going to message you after this to get your contract information. 1:02:30 So I can send you that Amazon gift card. Okay, and you actually might have said you’re in South Africa, so you might have to chat about that, but But you will get at least $25 some way shape or format, just may not be an Amazon gift card, okay? 1:02:43 All right, so again, you can get all of this for $487 or two payments of $250, okay? All right, so I’m gonna go through the questions now to see what everyone has been saying. 1:02:58 I’m going to scroll back up, so sorry, I’m looking at my phone just so you are aware, and I’m gonna kind of scroll through. 1:03:04 I went all the way back to the very top, so just bear with me. I’m looking for questions, see if there’s anything that came in. 1:03:15 I like it. I’m not capped with other countries with Canvas. Yes, so I love that Canva. I’m pretty sure is global now, which is amazing and super, super affordable. 1:03:26 Let’s see here. Even though I’m posting regularly, I’m still not finding sales. Okay, so then it’s probably Linda. We’re probably need to talk about the content that you’re actually creating. 1:03:41 Canvas, my go to for everything, yes it is. Okay. See here. Sorry, I’m still scrolling. I’m like reading and trying to like process if there’s any questions. 1:03:53 Feel free to drop in at the end. I promise I will get down to the end of the comments and I will be able to answer them as we go. 1:04:00 Funnel. Oh, okay. Someone asked what I think what a funnel was. And that is like a landing page opt in, like so how you registered for the master class. 1:04:07 That would be considered a funnel. Essentially a funnel is the system that you move someone from being a lead to a paying client, and it can look a lot of different things, but a lot of people when they say funnel building, there’s like a lot of like techy stuff landing pages that kind of stuff built 1:04:21 in DN. People are saying that’s something credible. Yeah, I didn’t know you can schedule. You can absolutely schedule inside of Canva. 1:04:32 Well, this training will be recorded, and I’m able to go back and look at it. I have a meeting soon for my job. 1:04:36 Yes, Tracy, this is going to be recorded, and I’m going to send out the recording in about an hour or so to everybody. 1:04:45 So Michelle says, can this be done with the free Canva or do we need to pay for the subscription? So all of the templates that I provide, you can use in the free version. 1:04:53 There are tips in the creating Canva course that are going to be accessible only if you have the paid version of Canva. 1:05:02 But the templates themselves, I have specifically designed them with free fonts, free images. The images you may have to swap out, but that’s really easy to do. 1:05:09 I show you how to do that in the course. But yes, you can absolutely do this course with the free version. 1:05:15 You just can’t take advantage of all of the time-saving techniques, but I do give you workarounds when I know of them for people who have the free version, okay? 1:05:24 But I highly recommend getting Canber Pro because you’re gonna want it once you realize how much more amazing it is and how many more time-saving features you have like the resize tool, all the brand kit stuff. 1:05:34 It’s a really awesome investment. And it’s like $120 and it’s been, it hasn’t gone up in like the five, six years that I’ve had it, which is amazing. 1:05:43 So we’re $10 a month. Super cheap. Two trips to Starbucks. Okay. I need to start to do this. Yes, absolutely. 1:05:51 This is really cool. Amazing. How much is the course? Again, it’s $4.97 or or 250, Cassandra asked, no, I don’t go this fast in the course. 1:06:03 I try to maximize the hour that I have, Michelle, in the course, all of the little trainings are like three to 20 minutes long. 1:06:11 So when you, it’s not like one long drawn out course, it’s really broken down by size. So you can watch all the videos, and then you can go back in and be like, I want to watch the photo video again, or I want to watch the text video again. 1:06:25 You can just pop back into that video and I go much slower and all of them are bite size so that you can go back to whatever you need whenever you need it and everything is more in depth. 1:06:40 Yes, I go slower. Michelle, I answer that question. So the Canva course is open for just a limited time to get the bonus. 1:06:51 It’s while I’m live today to get that on the social media audit, but it’s going to go away next week, okay? 1:06:58 So snag it while it’s still available. How do you reply here when you’re presenting? I have some help on the back end, Michelle. 1:07:10 I have some assistants that are helping. Yeah, Michelle, if you get the creating in Canvas course with the audit, it’s a social media brand audit. 1:07:20 So if you’re using your new branding, I’m going to go through and I’m going to help you and I can give you suggestions on that as well, okay? 1:07:26 So that’ll be all included in the audit if you purchase on live. It is, content creation is a beast, but it’s essential. 1:07:37 Hilary. Okay. I am still scrolling. Yes, there will be a replay of this. I will be sending it out in about an hour. 1:07:46 So you’ll be able to rewatch it, but it won’t be up forever. So you’re going to have to rewatch it fast. 1:07:51 Okay. Thank you, Michelle. It is a complete course. I really beefed it up. So the course is on Demand Michelle. 1:07:59 So whenever you purchase you can go in and start watching the content right away. And then how long does the course take? 1:08:08 The video content of the course is about four to six hours. It’s four hours of like the main course of everything that I talked about here. 1:08:15 There’s actually two other bonus workshops that I included that I didn’t even talk about in this presentation. More content for you. 1:08:20 One’s about Facebook covers. Another one is about making video content in Canva. So four to six hours of like the video content. 1:08:29 Christina who went through that full transformation, I believe she purchased brand kickstarter in the creating Canva bundle in June. So you can see her full transformation for her all of her content within about 60 days. 1:08:43 Okay. Yes, there’s a replay. Michelle are you still here? Did you see that answer? No, you do not have to buy Canva Pro to do the course. 1:09:02 Okay, you can do the course because the course is separate from Canva. It’s not inside of Canva or Canva Pro. 1:09:09 You can do the course completely separate Michelle. But if you want to use all of the time-saving hacks that I talk about in the course, you will have to get Canva Pro to do that. 1:09:22 But you need them in the free version. Okay, for some of the things that I know that there’s work grounds for. 1:09:28 Okay, so you do not have to buy Canva Pro to do this course, absolutely not. Okay, awesome. And you have lifetime access to the course. 1:09:37 Yes, absolutely. If I ever decided no longer be a course content creator, I take them offline, I’ll make sure that everyone has access to like a drop box of all the videos and you’re gonna get also all of the updates. 1:09:48 So people who previously purchased the Creating Canva Bundle, I used to call it the Creating Canva Bundle. I have just uploaded, updated all the content, they got access to everything they didn’t pay any extra money, and it’ll be the same for anyone who purchases now. 1:10:01 You’re going to get it for the lowest price possible, and then you’re going to get more content over time. Okay. 1:10:08 I’ve reached the end of the comments. Does anyone else have any other questions that I can answer going forward? The audit is about to be going away, so I just want to make sure everyone snags it before I get off the call. 1:10:24 Oh, Michelle joined. Yeah, I’m so excited, Michelle. Okay, so you got the audit. You snagged it right before I got off, which is amazing. 1:10:34 I’m going to send out the forms for the audits for everyone. Maybe not today, but definitely by tomorrow, definitely before the weekend comes my time here in the US. 1:10:42 I will be sending out the forms for the audits. And then you guys will have up to 60 days to submit for me to do the audits. 1:10:49 Okay, I’m so excited Michelle. Welcome. Welcome. So now we have five new members so far. I’m so so excited. This is great. 1:10:58 And I brought Ben Kickstarter to yay Michelle. That is amazing. That is fabulous. It’s going to be awesome. It’s going to be awesome. 1:11:05 I was so excited. This is like my favorite favorite thing. Okay, great. Does anyone have any other questions before I get off the live? 1:11:15 Anybody? No. Okay, so that is all for the creating chemical course. I’m going to stop sharing my screen as I sign off. 1:11:24 We will be back in just a couple weeks time for another free masterclass. The from now to the end of the year is jam packed with free content. 1:11:33 So I’m so excited to share with everything and everyone who purchased today. Again you’re going to be moved up into some private level trainings that I don’t do for everybody since you guys are course members. 1:11:45 You get some access to some other things and you’ll be seeing that content in your emails as they roll out. 1:11:51 Okay. I want to collaborate with you for my clients. I would love it Michelle. We can absolutely do that. You already mentioned me last night. 1:11:57 So just send me whatever you want to talk about in the DMs. That’s totally, totally fine. Okay. And Jay, thank you so much for purchasing too. 1:12:03 Yesterday I’m so excited. Okay, let me know if you guys have any other questions. Feel free to comment it on this video if you’re watching I’ve replayed to you. 1:12:12 That’s totally fine. If not, that is all for now. And I will see you guys in just a few weeks for our next next class. 1:12:18 All right. Bye.
