If not, you should be! Making little milestones for yourself in your business allows you to experience the feeling of accomplishment while still striving to get to the big lofty goals that will come down the line.
The moment my business changed:
Back at the end of 2021, I outlined all of my goals for the following year, and I mean ALL of them. The big, small, and in between. It was the first time I had ever done that. Prior to that time, my business was floundering, and I was not really making any money. But I was determined to make a change so I thought goal setting was a good start. I focused on tackling the small goals, and one by one, when I knocked those out, the big ones started coming with ease! I ended up crushing my goal list for the year, and you know what, my income 5Xed in just 12 months!
How I Celebrate:
When I would tackle even the smallest goals, I would celebrate, and when the big ones came, I went all out. Sometimes the wins were a fun dessert or popping a bottle of champagne. Other times it was rewarding myself with a manicure or a small shopping spree. These little celebrations of my wins were what fueled me to keep going. They made the scary impossible goals still motivating and it worked!
A Past Celebration:
I have noticed a trend over the last few years that September is typically a great month for my business. In 2023, it was RECORD BREAKING!

🎉Most passive income earned in one month
🎉Most leads generated in a month
🎉Plus, I hit a significant milestone for annual income (1 month early!)
I have laughed, cheered, been speechless, cried happy tears because my dreams of running a successful business are not just coming true but have been achieved! There were times I felt like it would never happen and doubted I was good enough. It wasn’t an overnight success, but it makes months like these feel so much sweeter.
So, how did I celebrate? I booked a week all-inclusive trip to the Dominican Republic to enjoy time with my two favorite guys at the end of this crazy year. I am embracing a work-life balance, so from December 9th – the new year, I will be essentially out of the office on vacation and enjoying the holidays! 🎉🏖️🎄
