My business took off in the last 2 years…

It was around this time in 2021, that I wanted to make a change in my business. I wanted to take my floundering freelancing sidehustle and turn it into a sustainable business that could change my family’s future. So I did just that. But ultimately it didn’t happen just like that. I had to make major changes to how I was running my business to see the results I wanted. 

I created an entire 10 step action plan to get to where I am now. The great thing is,  it didn’t take long to see traction and to realize it was going to work. Changing my Systems for Success

Business owning can be like a roller coaster you aren’t sure you want to be on. Full of highs and lows and not knowing what is coming next. Long term it is not a fun ride to be on.

I wanted to be able to control my destiny in my business and to do that I knew I needed to streamline my daily operations processes and also pave the way for sustainable growth. After utilizing these 10 steps again and again to grow my business, I now realize that I was actually fine tuning THREE diffferent systems in my business:  Lead Attraction, Lead Nurture, and Sales. Together these three systems have changed the course of my business and smoothed out the business owning ride I am on so that is actually enjoyable and fun!

Let’s take a look at these three systems and what they involve.

System #1: Lead Attraction- Drawing Them In:

Building a successful business begins with capturing the attention of your target audience. Lead Attraction is all about strategic efforts to make your business stand out:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategies: Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, and SEO to increase your online presence. Establishing your business as an authority in your industry is key.

  2. Website Optimization: Ensure your website is not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. Implementing SEO best practices enhances your site’s visibility and attracts organic traffic.

  3. Lead Magnets: AKA free offers provide valuable resources, like ebooks or webinars, to capture potential customers’ contact information. System #2: Lead Nurture – Building Relationships

Once you’ve garnered leads, the next step is nurturing those relationships. Lead Nurture focuses on guiding potential customers through the sales funnel so that cold leads become paying clients:

The Sales system is the culmination of Lead Attraction and Lead Nurture, focusing on converting leads into paying customers:

  2. Sales Training: Equip yourself with the skills necessary to navigate the sales process successfully. Effective communication, objection handling, and a deep understanding of your products or services are essential.
  3. Customer Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers post-sale to continuously improve your offerings and the overall customer experience. Satisfied customers can become advocates, contributing to future Lead Attraction efforts.
